These terms cover your use of https://www.serverifiedlists.com, the members area, the SERVL Sync app and the verified lists we deliver. The service is run by SER Verified Lists (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a membership you agree to these terms. Our Privacy & Refund Policies and Cookie Policy are part of them.

1. Memberships and payment

Memberships are sold through WarriorPlus as Monthly, 6-Month and Yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown on the pricing section and can change; a change never affects a payment you have already made.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your WarriorPlus account. When you cancel, your access stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you pay another way, such as crypto, your access lasts for the period you paid for and is renewed by hand when you pay again.
We cap the service at 100 members. If the cap is reached, new sign-ups may have to wait.

2. Refunds

If anything isn’t working in your first seven days, open a ticket and we will fix it with you or refund your first payment. The full policy is on the Privacy & Refund Policies page.

3. Your account and SERVL Sync

Keep your login details accurate and private. You are responsible for anything done with your account.
Each membership includes SERVL Sync on one PC. Extra PCs can be added for a fee; ask the helpdesk.
Sharing your login, running the app on more PCs than you have paid for, or trying to get around the PC limit may lead to your access being suspended.

4. How you may use the lists

The lists are for your own link-building projects, including work you do for your clients.
You may not resell, share, publish or give away the lists or the files SERVL Sync delivers, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to build a competing list service.
You are responsible for how you use the lists and for following the laws and the rules of the sites you post to.

5. What we do and don’t promise

We deliver verified targets, keep SERVL Sync working, and support you through the helpdesk and live chat.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or income. Results depend on your content, settings, proxies and many things outside our control.
Lists change all the time: targets are added and removed every day, and any site in a list can go offline at any moment.
We aim to keep the site, the sync server and the lists available around the clock, but we can’t promise there will never be an interruption.

6. Suspension and ending your access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the lists, or for non-payment or a chargeback. You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription.

Some pages link to other companies’ products, and some of those links are affiliate links. Those companies have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their products or services. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost rankings or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the page, the material and proof that you own it. We will review it and remove the material if the complaint is valid.

11. Age

The service is for adults running their own SEO work. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of the Western Province of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we email active members before a change that matters takes effect.
